How does he do it?
How does Boo watch the children without getting caught? I think he has a secret underground tunnel he uses to sneak out at night. You'd think if he snuck out most nights that he'd get caught. Perhaps Nathan Radley knows, he's the one who filled in the tree. (or at least he said he was the one.)

Maybe Boo Radley saw that Jem and Scout were taking some child's things out of the tree so he filled it up with cement. I guess it could have been Atticus too. Although I don't know why Nathan Radely would lie.
That is a good idea about Boo having a hiding spot though. And you would think that he would get caught leaving at night at least once. Or maybe that is how the rumors got started.
