When i started to read To Kill a Mockingbird i first thought of the movie The Sandlot. When the books starts to tell about Dill visiting during the summer and that was when Jem and Scout in some way start to get into trouble. Well, when the new kid moves into the neighbor in the movie The Sandlot the kids seem to get into more and more trouble. Especially when the new kid uses his dads Babe Ruth autographed baseball to play and he hits it over the fence that has the "killer dog" behind it. The part in To Kill a Mockingbird where Dill gets Jem to run up and touch the side of the Radley Place reminded me of this. It was when I thought that Jem and Scout began to get into a lot of trouble. So think of other movies and books that you have seen and read that remind you of this book and maybe you will begin to enjoy it a little more.
