Out of Order?

Last week i went to the library to check out a book and all i could find is this book called Out of Order by A.M. Jenkins. The only reason i picked it up is because it had a baseball on the cover and i thought i might be interested. Im almost halfway through and it has almost nothing to do with baseball. Its about a kid named Colt that during the whole book is trying to make his girlfriend Grace happy. He is the only sophomore on the varsity baseball team and looks up to the older players. There is also a out of ordinary girl named Corinne that seems to be everywhere Colt is around the school. But of the pages i have read there seems to be no action or anyhting exciting in the book. Im wondering if it will get better or not. If any of you have read this book just tell me if it gets anymore exciting. Although it is pretty boring as far as action and stuff im still stuck into it.
