¿Justo?

Our justice system is NOT blind. There are many ways to persuade the court to go one way or the other. The biggest deciding factor of a court case is your lawyer. If you can afford to pay Mr. Big Fancy Pants a million dollars to defend you, then you will win your case. Millionaire's seem to be able to get around the law because if they get sent to prison, they can pay the hefty court cost or the bail to get them out. Racism is also a form of discrimination inside our court systems.About a hundred years ago if there was a case between a black and a white man, there would be no need to go to court because the verdict would always be that either the white man was innocent, or that the black man was guilty no matter how much evidence pointed in the opposite direction. I'm ashamed to say this, but I believe that this such thing still happens today; but it is now just kept a little quieter.
~If a rich man and a poor man went to court who would win? Is justice truly blind, or has money and race been the deciding factor for ALL cases in history?

SOOOOO TRUE! Racism disgusts me so much. C'mon people were leaving in a different century now... But to the point where a man is appointed guilty or innocent becuase of the color of his skin is getting extreme!
Even in present day life, we find that still going on, slavery has been over for longer that most people have been around, and we still judge, even to extreme extents.
For instance i was in Wal Mart the other day and saw a black lady ask for assistance and had the employee stare at her and walk away. I just wanted to go up to her and punch her in the face.
Great blog!! Keep it up!
